The Amazing Spider Man the Animated Series (1994) Review:

                 Thats All Folk's Episode 3:

Summary:

Hello and welcome to That All Folk’s Movie Reviews:  where we have absolutely no budget or funding what so ever at all.  I am you host the Buff Nerd Critic and today we will be looking into one of my favorite cartoon series as a small child.  Spiderman the 1994 animated series.   I remember watching this show back in kindergarten and the first grade.  Why spider man because I identify with spider man more so than most other super heroes. He is not my favorite in terms of powers but I think he is original.  He was a nerd in school so was I, he got picked on so did I so I can relate with this imaginary arachnid. The series ran between 1994 and 1998. It focused on Spider-Man and his alter ego Peter Parker during his college years at Empire State University.  The story starts out with , Peter already having his superpowers and is a part-time freelance photographer for the Daily Bugle. The show features most of Spider-Man's classic villains, including the Kingpin, the Green Goblin, the Lizard, the Scorpion, Doctor Octopus, Mysterio, Shocker, the Rhino, the Vulture, the Chameleon, and Venom, ohh and a few others like aqua man, opps I mean Hydro-man a dude made out of water.  Yeah Spiderman is that cool to beat a dude made out of water in New York City which is an island surrounded by water with sewer system pumping water underground.  Over the course of the series the single Peter contends with the romantic love interests of Mary Jane Watson, if course but in this series there is also the other love interest  Felicia Hardy and her alter ego, the Black Cat. The show also stars many other Marvel superheroes who make cameos  just to name a few there is  the X-Men wolverine yeah!, the Fantastic Four uh!, Iron Man, Daredevil, Blade, Doctor Strange, the Punisher, and Captain America.  So yeah every week Spiderman stops a new bad guy.  Sometimes alone with his fist, sometimes when over powered he uses his mind and build a new invention to help him take them down and sometimes he tags team those baddies with a super hero WWE smack down!
This show had a lot of variety to the character and locations.  Sometimes they were in space,, underwater, in an alternate universe, in the sewers like some other mutants in New York, and in all kinds of other cool places.  I loved this show as a kid and I still like it today.  Does it hold up well for me it does but that is because I am biases so if you’re not a hardcore spider man fan I would not suggest checking it out?   I am the Buff Nerd Critic remember to like and subscribe! and that all folk’s.
